We build every route you have. The appeal inside the app is yours to send; we file the rest in your name.

We never guarantee reinstatement. The decision always belongs to the platform.

No ban notice? Several accounts, or a profile that went quiet after verification? Start with the data route

Three phones: a couple matched again, a live case tracker, and a ban screen

A robot banned you.
We post to a human.

Not a contact form.
Not an email into a queue.
Not an auto-declined in-app appeal.

A printed, signed letter, sent by recorded post to the human who can actually overturn it.

A letter from appealmyban.com to Platform Control, the certified EU dispute body in Germany, sent by recorded post

A specimen. Real body, real legal basis, a fictional case and no customer.

Five ways to appeal.

You have probably only tried one.

The first one you send yourself, on your own login. The rest we write and send for you.

Other services write you a letter and leave you to send it. That is the whole difference.

In two cases the Irish regulator published, Tinder looked again.
It is on the regulator’s own record.

Two people banned by Tinder complained to data regulators, and Ireland’s Data Protection Commission handled both. For one, Tinder re-reviewed the ban and lifted it. For the other, it offered to delete his data so he could start again.

Both began as requests to erase their data, and both are in the Data Protection Commission’s own 2022 case studies. Its record of what happened, not a promise from us. We file access requests, not erasure: erasure takes your own evidence with it.

New phone? New number?
Doesn’t work anymore.

Device, network, payment, your face - all fingerprinted. A caught reset can forfeit the appeals that still work.

Read why

One day it just… stopped.

No warning. No reason. No one to argue with.

Five legitimate ways to fight. Most people are only ever told one.

Start my appeal

A real dating-app ban screen: your account has been removed, appeal by a deadline or stay banned
We’ve all seen this screen.

Appealing it, properly, is the whole business.

See which routes yours has

It is not the app they miss.
It is being told why.

These are public posts by banned people on open forums, quoted as they were written. They are not our customers and they are not reviews of us. We put them here because every one of them is asking for the same thing, and it is not sympathy.

“Is there anything else I can do to get a proper human review of my account?”

Banned from Hinge, public forum post

“I am asking for an actual person to properly review what happened and tell me what I am accused of doing, so I at least have an opportunity to respond.”

Permanently banned, no reason given

“This is the problem of them not telling you what you did wrong. You cannot look back on your mistake or make a solid argument in favour of yourself.”

After five refused appeals

“Has anyone actually managed to get a wrongful ban overturned?”

Asked again this week, as it is every week

“They just get to arbitrarily hold the gate keys of romance?”

Banned on one app, then the sibling app

“It is starting to make me feel very isolated.”

Banned with no notice, no reason, no reply

Every one of those is a due-process question, not a dating question. That is the part we are actually good at.

See how we ask it for you

You get one shot.

Tinder

“You may not appeal the same violation twice.” There is no second submission to fix the first one with.

Hinge

Hinge takes appeals only through its in-app flow, and is “unable to process any appeal submissions submitted via email”. If you cannot submit ID, its help-centre form is the way in.

Bumble

Bumble names the best route itself: “the appeals form linked in the notification shown to you at the time”. Its own alternative is online chat, so save that notification while you have it.

OkCupid, POF, Match

Repeat submissions “won’t be considered and may alter your position in the queue”. Down the queue, not up.

The League

Multiple appeals? “No. One complete appeal only.” And not by email: it “must go through the designated form”.

Grindr

“We do require all ban appeals to be submitted through this form.” Email instead and Grindr just sends you back to the form.

Hily

Hily’s written appeal procedure, for EU and UK users, ends in its own words: “Appeal decision is final.” Two reviewers, a third if they disagree, and no further appeal.

happn

happn commits to reassessing every complaint to dispute@happn.com, except abusive ones - its own example being one “repeatedly submitted after being rejected”. Make the first one count.

Feeld

Even after a breach, Feeld says you’ll have the right to appeal “in most cases” - and never says which cases are the exception. The decision stays “at our discretion”.

Raya

No form, no help centre, no ticket. Email is the only published route, and Raya’s own line on it is that it “simply cannot get to everyone.”

Zoosk

Email only, no phone number. And your first message becomes the thread: Zoosk says reply on it rather than start over, because starting over “can slow things down”.

Coffee Meets Bagel

No appeal form, no button. CMB says the suspended and permanently removed “may contact Customer Support to request a review” - that ticket is the whole route.

eharmony

eharmony says it will “generally respond with our final decision” on an appeal. Whether it investigates one at all is “entirely at the discretion of eharmony”.

HER

HER’s Terms prohibit abusing “any HER reporting or appeals request system”. The form you appeal through is governed by the rules you are appealing under.

In 2025, Hinge reversed about one in three EU account appeals.

Those are the platforms’ own figures, and how well your side is put is the one part of this you can still change.

36.1%
Hinge
31,251 of 86,650 appeals reversed. Median wait 19 hours.
31.8%
Match Group
61,109 of 191,929, across every Match brand. Median 17h 36m.
21.6%
Bumble
9,065 of 41,982 appeals. Account suspensions alone: 9.2%.
21.2%
Tinder
12,058 of 56,991 account bans. Median wait 19 hours.
10.9%
Grindr
91,795 of 840,723 appeals. Median wait 281 hours.
7.4%
Badoo
9,422 of 127,648 appeals. Median 2h 55m.

Every figure here is the platform’s own, from its published 2025 transparency reporting on appeals against account actions. They are the platforms’ results, not a forecast of yours, and we publish no success rate of our own.

See which routes you actually have

By tomorrow, you have a case.

Right now you have a screen with a code on it and nobody to send it to.

A map, not a guess.

Every route checked against your app, your ban reason and your country. Which are open, which already closed, which one to spend first. Most people are only ever told about one of the five.

Written cold, at your best.

You have already written a version of this in your head. Ours is the one built to be read: their case card, their categories, their format, their character limit, and none of the fury that gets it skimmed.

On a clock you can hold us to.

Your plan inside 24 hours. The first filing sent within 48 hours of us having everything we need, or you can ask for your money back and we send it anyway (refund policy). You confirm the facts; nothing is guessed.

Somebody to ask, in writing.

Every reply decoded the day it lands. An ID request is good news. Silence on OkCupid is the answer. A denial is one desk closing, not the building. You stop guessing.

And the honest part, which is the point.

The people selling “unbans” sell a fresh account, not your old one back: one that device, payment and face matching are built to catch, and a caught one gives the app a second, cleaner reason to keep you out. We never ask for your password. No burner, no reset, no ‘insider’. What you pay for is the work: the routes that are genuinely open to you found, the words written cold, everything made on the clock, every reply read the day it lands. Nobody should be doing this alone, at 2am, with one shot.

From $149. Intake first, pay after - so we only take the cases we can actually help.
Your next chapter
starts here.

One shot. Made to count.

The routes they hope you never find.

Field guides, FREE.

We build every route and send every one we can in your name, and you are copied on each as it goes out. Where an app takes an appeal only from inside your own login, we write it and you press send. We never guarantee reinstatement - the decision always belongs to the platform. And we never ask for your password.

Ten minutes. Then the work is ours.

You pay for the case, not the outcome.
