Is AppealMyBan legit?

You searched that before you paid us, which is the right instinct. Here is the company, the address, what we have actually done so far, and the four things we cannot do for you at any price.

The warnings you have already read are correct

Search this and the top of page one tells you not to trust paid services that promise to lift dating-app bans. That advice is right, and we would give it too. DoNotPay was fined $193,000 by the US Federal Trade Commission in 2025 for selling legal outcomes it could not deliver, and it is one of the sites now publishing the warning.

So the question is not whether the warning applies. It is whether anyone can pass it. What follows is everything you would need to check us, including the parts that do us no favours.

The company, in full

appealmyban.com is a trading name of Learnmind.ai LLC, registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, file number 3070206, filed 3 June 2025.

8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #6298, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA. [email protected].

That address is a registered-agent office, not a building full of staff. We are telling you that rather than letting you discover it, because a company name and a real filing number you can look up beats an anonymous website, and pretending to be bigger than we are would be the first dishonest thing on this page.

Four things we cannot do

We cannot guarantee reinstatement. Nobody can. The decision belongs to the platform and it is theirs alone. Any service that promises the outcome is either guessing or lying, and we would rather lose the sale than join them.

We cannot log in as you. We never ask for your password and we would refuse it if you offered. Some appeals can only be submitted from inside your own account, so for those we write it and you press send.

We cannot get you a new account. That is the other half of this market and it is not what we sell. Resets fail the moment a platform checks a face or a payment method, and they turn a reversible ban into a terms breach.

We cannot make anyone answer. We can put your case in front of every desk that exists and run every clock that applies. How long they take is up to them, and some never reply at all.

What we have actually done

We are new, and the honest number is small. This page will carry the running count of cases filed, reversed and refused from the first one onward, including the refusals, because a service that only publishes its wins is telling you nothing you can use.

The first case is the founder’s own ban, run in public with every document shown: Case 0001. If you want to judge the drafting before you pay for it, that is the page to read, along with three real sample filings.

The reversal figures on this site are not ours. Every percentage you see - 22% at Tinder, 36% at Hinge - is the platform’s own number, reported by them under the EU’s transparency rules. We publish no success rate of our own, and you should distrust anyone who does before they have a track record to draw it from.

The routes we tell people not to bother with

A service that sells you every possible route is selling you volume, not judgement. These are the ones we are asked about most and refuse to charge for:

The Better Business Bureau is the weakest rung on the ladder. Match Group answers ban complaints there with a template saying it cannot process appeals through the BBB portal, and no BBB complaint has ever been shown to reverse a dating-app ban. It builds a dated public record and nothing else.

Appeals Centre Europe is the EU dispute body most people find first, and it takes no dating apps at all - its scope is Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube and Google Maps. Three other certified bodies do take them, which is why naming the right one matters more than filing quickly.

Your State Attorney General is a pattern log, not a lever. Washington, Colorado, Texas and California all say in their own words that they do not investigate or resolve individual complaints.

An erasure request actively damages your case. It removes no ban record, and it destroys the evidence an appeal needs. Ask for access instead.

How to get your money back

Three ways, none of which need a form or an argument. Cancel within 3 days of paying, for any reason, before we send your pack. If we miss the 48-hour deadline the work is free. If we decide not to take your case after reading it, you are refunded in full and we say why.

On top of that, EU and UK law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. That is the law’s right, not a feature of ours, and it is written into the terms because you are entitled to know it. The whole refund policy is short enough to read in two minutes.

Check us properly

Look up file number 3070206 on the New Mexico Secretary of State’s business search. Read the terms and the privacy policy - both are written to be read, not to be survived. Read the comparison, where we put ourselves in a column next to doing it yourself for nothing and tell you when not to pay us.

Then, before you spend anything, run the free check. It takes a minute, it asks for no card, and it will tell you if your case is one we would turn down.
