What the score is actually made of.
What triggered the ban and what you can prove. A false report with receipts scores high. “No idea, no evidence” scores honestly low. Their own 2025 filings put 94% of Tinder’s EU terminations in the automated scam-sweep bucket, which is the most reversible thing to be caught in if you are a real person.
Timing, geography and what you have already done decide which rungs of the ladder still exist: the six-month window, the Match Group escalation desk, the named EU dispute bodies, your data access request, the money.
Cases where someone was actually hurt - real threats, real violence, anything involving a minor - don’t get a score. They get declined, before payment, every time. Being accused of it is a different case, and usually ours. That’s the deal.
