Last year Tinder removed 2,169,598 accounts across the EU. 94% of them went in automated sweeps. No person read your profile. No person read your side. That part has not happened yet - and it is the whole job.

Tinder, Bumble, Badoo, OkCupid, Match and Plenty of Fish all publish the same outside limit - six months from the action. After that the door is shut and no amount of writing reopens it. Every week you wait is a week of that gone.
This is the part nobody tells you before they fire off an angry paragraph at 2am. In their own words:
“You may not appeal the same violation twice.” There is no second submission to fix the first one with.
Repeat submissions “won’t be considered and may alter your position in the queue”. Down the queue, not up.
“No. One complete appeal only.” And not by email - it “must go through the designated form”.
Whatever goes in first is your case. That is the entire reason this exists.

Those are not lottery odds. They are drafting odds - and how well your case is written is the one part of this you can still change.
Match Group runs an escalation team that reviews accounts across every app it owns, in its own words “a dedicated team of human reviewers separate from the content moderation team”. It is a different address from the in-app appeal, it needs your customer-care ticket reference, and almost nobody who gets banned ever finds it.
Under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, certified independent bodies review platform decisions - free to you and funded by the platform. Platform Control takes Tinder, Hinge and OkCupid up to 365 days after the action and does not require you to have appealed in the app first. Tinder implemented 62% of its decisions, Hinge 72%.
A data access request makes them show what is actually on your record - often the report that did it. The Irish regulator’s own published cases include banned Tinder users whose accounts were reinstated after it took up their ignored access request. One month in the EU and UK, 45 days in California and Texas.
Not advice. Not a template. Filed.
Not filed within 48 hours of your confirmed intake and you are refunded automatically - and we finish the filings anyway.
Cancel within 3 days for any reason at all, any time before we send your pack. No questions, full refund.
If your case is one we cannot honestly help with, we say so and give the money straight back. We would rather tell you than take it.
If a service asks for your login, walk away. Account sharing breaks the terms of every one of these apps - it turns a possibly-mistaken ban into a plainly justified one.
The decision is always theirs. Nobody can promise it and anybody who does is selling you something. What we sell is your best possible case, filed on every route that exists, on deadline.
A properly filed appeal will not. A second one on the same violation can - and so can a fresh account, which several of these apps treat as its own offence. That is exactly the mistake we stop.
Then the in-app door may be closed, and the other four are still open - the escalation desk, the EU referee, your data file and the money. Run the free check and it will tell you which, before you pay anyone.
Because it is one desk doing this all day rather than a law firm doing it once. You are buying the judgement - which routes are open to you, in what order, written to be read by the person who decides.
Ten minutes of questions now, and by this time tomorrow every route you have is written and filed. Payment comes after the questions, never before.
